Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Talorr (the “Service”), operated by Devube Limited(“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use Talorr. By using the Service you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are able to enter into these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorised use. You may close your account at any time.

4. Subscriptions, billing & trials

• Talorr offers a free plan and a paid “Talorr+” subscription billed weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.
• Eligible plans include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription begins and the plan fee is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You can cancel anytime from Settings and will keep access until the end of the current period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing with reasonable notice; changes apply to subsequent billing periods.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
• submit content that is false, infringing, or that you do not have the right to use;
• attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service;
• abuse, resell, or scrape the Service or its AI features beyond normal personal use.

6. AI-generated content

Talorr uses AI to help generate and edit resume content. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any content before relying on or submitting it to employers. The Service is a tool and does not guarantee interviews, offers, or employment outcomes.

7. Your content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of the content you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. We and our licensors own all rights in the Service itself, including its software, design, and templates; these Terms do not transfer those rights to you.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates third parties such as Stripe (payments) and Google Gemini (AI). Your use of those features may also be subject to the relevant third party's terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI output will be accurate or suitable for your purposes.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Devube Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that may cause harm or legal liability. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version, and continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
